Are you searching for a one-of-a-kind accommodation in Downtown St. Augustine? Our Peace, Love & Happiness-inspired renovation project transformed an old warehouse into an exceptional blend of fun and uniqueness.
Local artisans contributed their skill in crafting the handmade kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, stained glass doors, and the exquisite red cedar and epoxy island countertop. The wall with the renowned Spread Love graffiti and the outdoor St. Augustine mural define the space.
The Location
The ArtHouse: Industrial Chic Warehouse Conversion is in a great location in Uptown, right next door to a soon-to-be-opened co-working space, a short walk to the famed Ponce de Leon, Fountain of Youth, the Old Jail, and Ripleys or you can hop on the trolley across the street to experience some of St Augustine’s best restaurants and shopping less than 5 minutes away. Need more space? Sanchez Suites is right in front of The ArrHouse and can accommodate another six people.

"BEST AIRBNB I'VE EVER STAYED AT! My birthday celebration at The ArtHouse was nothing short of magical! The Peace, Love & Happiness-inspired renovation is a testament to the owners' dedication to creating a truly unique space. Every corner of The ArtHouse is filled with love and creativity, from the handmade kitchen and bathroom cabinetry to the stunning stained glass doors. The Spread Love graffiti wall and the outdoor St. Augustine mural add an extra layer of charm to the space. Our group was impressed by the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the house. All the rooms, furniture, appliances, picture was so creative and amazing! The VW bed was a nostalgic and fun addition that we absolutely loved! Wendy & David responded quickly, checked in to see if we needed anything and even left us a few surprises just to welcome us. The daily board was my favorite! THIS AIRBNB IS. A MUST! I will be back - thank you again!!!"

"Extraordinary experience The Art House in St. Augustine was great!!! This has got to be the #1 VRBO in the city for any family or group that is coming to do the tourist thing. 1. In the house there was unique local art at every turn. Literally. The wall, the shower, the bed, the fridge… fun, fun, fun 2. It’s close to everything… we drove into town but if you want to save on parking you could easily walk. 3. Everything was as advertised. The hosts made you feel like a VIP without having ever run into them. All was clean and the supplies were extra. Great place all around. Zero regrets on picking the Art House. It was Extraordinary!"

"The arthouse is amazing! You can't help but fell joyful with all the fun colors and creative art everywhere. Wendy and David have thought of everything from labeling all the light switches, so you aren't having to guess and push them all to having high quality linens and kitchenware. They were very responsive to my questions and clearly communicated all instructions. The location is just down from the historic district, so while you aren't right in the middle of the district you aren't too far which actually made for a very peaceful and quieter stay. We already have several friends wanting to stay because we have raved about The Arthouse, and we will definitely be back."

"Perfect in every way! Our stay was priceless. The property was amazing and so fun. Our teenage boy, 9 year old daughter and my husband and I loved the decor. Every day you saw something new. The provided shampoo & conditioner was salon quality and the home was so well stocked. The location was great and walkable to old downtown, shops and restaurants. All around this is the best vacation rental I’ve had in years. The host was responsive and checked to ensure we had everything we needed!"

"Coolest Rental Ever This place was by far the cutest and coolest rental I have ever stayed at. Rented it for my friend's bachelorette weekend & everyone was obsessed. Plenty of space for a group of 5 and plenty of picture opportunities. On top of that, Wendy & David made sure we enjoyed our stay & the communication/check-in process was a breeze.
